Return & Complaint Policy
1. 14-Day Return Policy
- Time Period: You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Scope of Application: Only applicable to dry products, canned goods, or spices.
- Product Condition: Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, with intact seals and manufacturer labels.
- Procedure: For your convenience, please use our return form (available here) and send it along with the product to our warehouse address.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs to the carrier.
2. Return Exclusions
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Fresh Perishable Food: Vegetables, fruits, meat, frozen items, or products with short shelf lives.
- Opened Products: Any products that have been opened or no longer meet hygiene standards for resale.
3. Complaint Process (Defective or Incorrect Items)
- Notification: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any defects or errors, contact us within 24 hours with accompanying photos.
- Processing Time: Our support team will respond and process your complaint (refund or product replacement) within a maximum of 30 days.
